Wondering why I haven’t been updating? It’s because I’ve been working for a much more important cause.
A few of us have gathered together in an effort to build a donation effort for AIDS in Renee E. Goldsberry’s name. The Tangeline’s and JoVan’s (and etc.) who visit know her, she most notably played Evangeline Williamson on One Life to Live.
We will be raising funds for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS through December 1 (World Aids Day). Our goal is to take the generosity of spirit that Renee shows her fans and “pay it forward.” We hope you will take a moment to give, honor Renee and help people who need it.
We really mean this folks.
We officially launched on Friday. Please check out our website (that I designed) Renee Fans for Broadway Cares to find out more information, and hopefully to donate as well. We have to reach at least $3000 by December 1st!
